Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you’ve been invited to a destination party, in Maui, and you were voluntold to decorate it? I’m SO excited to let you know, that we have some help for you! Let’s begin by looking at our brand new gorgeous set of Sea Turtle Party Decorations.

All of the paper decorations were printed and cut out before I even left for the trip. This party for six, fit in a little box inside my checked bag, with room left over for scissors, tape, extra ribbon, a plastic stand frame, some ruffled fabric and 2 collapsible laser cut wooden cake stands.

We would be staying at a condo in Maui, so I knew I would be able to find plates and cups but it was a complete coincidence that they had so many matching tchotchkes and nicknacks for me to use for the party. Take, for example, these vases and the driftwood ball. I then purchased flowers and greens at the local market and arranged them with these two paper sea turtle silhouettes on skewers.

Again, how did the condo owner know that their teal rimmed tumblers would look SO good with our custom drink stir sticks from Delovely Details? You can order these turtle shaped swizzle sticks from their shop, all you have to do is ask!

While I could have easily ordered some over the top baked goods and sweets for our party, I chose instead to do a little shopping at Foodland. Its a fairly typical grocery chain in Hawaii, with good prices and great selection. But, in order to correctly fill out the personalizable food labels included in the printable kit, I did have to do a little stalking on their website and instagram to find out the different types of baked goods they might have on hand when I got there. Worked out pretty well!

And what is a shower without party favors? We do offer party favor bag toppers in the set, but these favor boxes looked so good I had to use them! Filled with chocolate squares,  an enamel pin, some lip balm and of course, some nail polish, these little boxes were just right.
