We know how much kids love our Shark printable birthday party kit, so we want you to have yet another great kids party craft idea to go with it. “Edible Aquariums” is what we are calling it, and it is delish! Here is what you need:

Shark Party Craft supplies:
Rice Krispie Treats
I can of white frosting
blue food coloring
small candies or sprinkles
Goldfish cookies (we used chocolate fudge and vanilla cupcake)
cinnamon sugar

Use a large sheet of paper, disposable table cloth or a tarp to cover your table cause it’s gonna get messy! We put all of our ingredients into little bowls for little hands and used plastic knives for the blue tinted frosting-in-a-can. We also put out some of our printables to coordinate, and boy did it look adorable! Even covered in frosting and crumbs.

PS, if you need a quick refresh on the Rice Krispie treat recipe:
3 T butter
1 10oz package marshmallows
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Parchment paper

Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan. Add marshmallows, stirring until melted. Add cereal and stir until coated. Spray cooking spray on hands or use a buttered spatula to press down the cereal mixture into a 13X9X2 pan lined with parchment paper. Allow to harden before cutting.
