Crunchy Cinnamon Chocolate Cereal Mix
Ingredients:
2 Cups Chocolate Chex cereal
2 Cups Cinnamon Chex cereal
2 Cups kettle corn
1 Cup chocolate chips or chunks
Mix everything together in one large bowl and enjoy.

Peppermint Bark
Ingredients:
1 8 oz bag semi sweet chocolate chips or chocolate bar broken into pieces
1 8 oz bar of white chocolate broken into pieces
24 small candy canes
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
2 teaspoons canola oil
Lightly grease a 9X9 inch pan & line with waxed paper.
Put semisweet chocolate and half the canola oil in top of a double boiler. Stir frequently until melted then add half of the peppermint extract. Pour melted chocolate mixture into the 9X9 inch pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate until hardened.
Do the same steps with the white chocolate then pour over the hardened semisweet chocolate layer. Spread evenly and top with the crushed candy canes. Gently press on the candy canes to hold them in place. Refrigerate until completely hardened. Remove from pan and break into small pieces.

Glazed Pecans
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
1 T water
1 lb pecan halves
Preheat oven and 250.
Mix the sugar, cinnamon and salt together.
In a separate bowl whisk together the egg white and water. Add pecans to the egg white mature. Add sugar mixture to the pecan mixture making sure the pecans are evenly coated. Spread the pecans out on a baking sheet.
Bake approximately one hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until pecans are browned all over.
